Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time varies per product type and quantity. Please see the Order Information for each product to confirm the quantity and turn-time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we will always call and confirm. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Canna Direct USA. If for any reason you are not happy with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges beyond item price.
The item must be returned, unused or no less than 80% used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure full credit.
Once the item is received, we will contact you to confirm receipt of merchandise then funds will be refunded within 5-10 days.
Any merchandise that was incorrectly shipped to due an error on our part can be returned. Items must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund less shipping. We cannot accept incorrect items for return that have been opened or used. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We do NOT pay the cost of return shipping charges on broken, defective items or buyers remorse.
Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If there are claims that one of the products is damaged, a claim for investigation can be filed to investigate the situation. After receiving the claim, in most circumstances will request that the damaged product be shipped back to us for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with the shipper on your behalf that the carrier didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned from the carrier, your account will be credited. Successful claims can take up to 14 days
Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot offer a refund. If merchandise was never received then a full refund will be given within in 5-10 days.
